Terms of Delivery

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of DKK 150.00 excluding freight for invoice amounts excluding VAT of less than DKK 500.00.

For customers with VAT number: All prices are indicative and without obligations from us. We leave it the individual, on the basis of the invoiced price, to determine the retail price. Prices are based on smaller quantities. Larger quantities are supplied at special net prices. We reserve the right to make changes to the gross price list, errors in measurements and prices. For private customers: the item is paid when ordering via shopify, prices are as of July 2022 including shipping within Denmark, this may change, with immediate notice, on our website.

Freight is not included in the gross price. All goods to VAT holder are sold ex works.

Upon receipt of the products, the packaging and content is checked for damage. If there is damage to the products or if the number of packages received does not match the shipping documents, the buyer must complain to the carrier who delivers the products and to Thorvald Lissau. 

Important! Thorvald Lissau cannot claim compensation for transport damage if the buyer returns the products to Thorvald Lissau.

Thorvald Lissau uses general sales and delivery conditions for members of the Danish Furniture Industry Association.
